Title: Endpoint Support Specialist

Summary
An experienced IT support professional is needed to provide comprehensive endpoint and user support across the organization. This position focuses on delivering a smooth and efficient technology experience by managing, configuring, and troubleshooting devices such as laptops and mobile equipment. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with a customer-focused mindset to effectively support both general staff and executive users.
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day technical support for endpoint devices including laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and printers, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets while meeting service level expectations and ensuring timely resolution.
- Configure and deploy Windows-based systems using automated provisioning solutions, and manage mobile devices through enterprise mobility tools.
- Provide clear, professional communication and support to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Offer high-level, personalized support to executive leadership as needed.
- Assist users both onsite and remotely using collaboration and remote access technologies.
- Support and troubleshoot productivity tools, including office applications and related software.
Skills
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in endpoint support, device deployment, and ticket management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Apple platforms, and common enterprise hardware (laptops and mobile devices).
- Experience with device management and provisioning tools such as Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Familiarity with IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL) and ticketing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment.
